Eric J. Mausner, Esq. Eric is a third‐generation lawyer. Eric has long held a great interest in the law, government, and public service which is reflected in his background and experience. Becoming a lawyer was only natural for Eric.
Prior to founding Eric Mausner Law, P.A., Eric gained invaluable civil litigation experience at a prominent plaintiffs law firm in Miami, FL specializing in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases. Eric also represented members of labor unions in railroad lawsuits under the Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA). Eric handles a wide variety of personal injury cases including: automobile accidents, slip & fall accidents, negligent security cases, and wrongful death accidents. Eric also handles claims and lawsuits against pharmaceutical and medical device companies for dangerous drugs and defective products. He is actively working on cases such as: Abilify, Hernia Mesh, IVC Filters, Xarelto, Proton Pump Inhibitors (Prilosec, Nexium, Prevacid), Gadolinium (MRI Contrast) and Talcum Powder.
Before becoming a personal injury and criminal defense attorney, Eric previously served as an Assistant State Attorney at the Miami‐Dade State Attorney's Office where he investigated and prosecuted hundreds of violent crimes including attempted homicides, sex crimes, narcotics trafficking and DUIs. As a prosecutor Eric tried numerous jury trials gaining extensive litigation and courtroom experience. Previously Eric also worked in both the New York County District Attorney's Office and the Kings County District Attorney's Office.
Having served the community extensively for over a decade Eric knows firsthand the importance of fighting for individuals and is ready to represent people who have been accused of serious crimes, seriously injured by dangerous pharmaceuticals, seriously injured by defective products and medical devices, or seriously injured by the negligent actions of others.
Eric earned his B.A. degree from The George Washington University, and his J.D. from New York Law School.
Eric lives in Miami, Florida and is admitted to practice law in Florida, New York, New Jersey, and Washington, D.C. He is Of Counsel to The Whitehead Law Firm, LLC in Lafayette, Louisiana.

Stephen McMullin, Esq. Stephen McMullin, Esq. is of counsel to Eric Mausner Law, P.A. His practice focuses on property damage claims, mass torts and personal injury protection (PIP).
Stephen's expertise resides in scope of coverage, claims handling and arbitration with a subspecialty in damages analysis. In addition to his service to the Firm, he is actively involved as an asset manager of bespoke litigation-backed securities. He focuses on the full deal lifecycle including structuring, evaluating merits/damages, modeling and closing said investments. He has worked on financing which, in the aggregate, supersedes $200 million. Prior to practicing, he was a financial analyst in the Securities Division of Goldman Sachs & Co. During that time, he focused his work on both primary and secondary market opportunities surrounding international equity, options and futures microstructure.
Stephen earned his law degrees from the University of Oxford (M.A.) and Harvard Law School (LL.M), where he worked as a research assistant to a professor of bankruptcy law. While at Harvard Law School, Stephen wrote a thesis on preference litigation within the context of Chapter 11 bankruptcy which was subsequently published. He completed his undergraduate studies at Georgetown University, where he earned a B.S. (Magna Cum Laude).
He splits time between New York and Miami. He is admitted to practice law in New York.
